As sports can be a way to create bridges between people, it can also raise awareness around a specific topic by bringing people together. In this regard, adaptive sports for people with disability help to put people with disability on the forefront.

In Cambodia, adaptive sports are starting to gain a strong foothold through the implementation of different activities related to disability and sports.

Besides the projects established by Soulcial Trust and its different partners, other projects have been flourishing throughout the country.

Kampuchea Balopp

Kampuchea Balopp is a Cambodia-based project which promotes access to sports to both children with disabilities and children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Soulcial Trust and Kampuchea Balopp had organized a joint event last June. This event allowed knowledge transfer between the different actors of rugby present in Cambodia as well while children enjoyed themselves.
